Jane W. Arnone
Jane W. Arnone has practiced in the areas of creditors' rights, commercial litigation and bankruptcy for approximately twenty-three years, and has been associated with Benanti & Associates since 1991. Her representation of clients involves complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters, and she regularly appears before state (including appellate), federal district and bankruptcy courts located in Connecticut and New York. Prior to joining Benanti & Associates, Ms. Arnone was affiliated with Weil, Gotshal & Manges and the former Baer Marks & Upham, both of New York, New York. |
While at Brooklyn Law School, Ms. Arnone served as Editor-in-Chief of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law, as well as a law clerk to the Honorable Naomi Reice Buchwald of the United States District Court, Southern District of New York.
Ms. Arnone also holds elective office, having served as a member of the Greenwich Representative Town Meeting since 2006.
