Matthew Klein

Matthew Klein has practiced in the areas of commercial and residential real estate for approximately twenty-six years and has been associated with Benanti & Associates since 1991.  Mr. Klein has a broad range of experience in general real estate and commercial transactional matters, and has represented lenders, borrowers, commercial and residential landlords and tenants, developers, general contractors and a variety of other entities and individuals.  Prior to Mr. Klein's tenure with Benanti & Associates, he was associated with Day, Berry & Howard (now known as Day Pitney LLP) of Stamford, Connecticut and Kleban & Samor, P.C. of Southport, Connecticut.
