Paul A. De Genaro

Paul A. De Genaro has practiced in the areas of creditors' rights, commercial litigation, landlord/tenant and bankruptcy for approximately twenty-two years, and has been associated with Benanti & Associates since 2000.  He has represented major national clients in the financial services and leasing industries in a variety of complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters throughout his career, and routinely appears before the state courts of Connecticut and the federal district and bankruptcy courts located in Connecticut and New York.  Prior to joining Benanti & Associates, Mr. De Genaro was associated with Day, Berry & Howard (now known as Day Pitney LLP) of Stamford, Connecticut and Kleban & Samor, P.C. of Southport, Connecticut.
